Our activities

The social and educative potential of board and outdoor sports

By offering access to outdoor and board sports to young people with difficulties, we offer more than a moment of fun: it is also a school of life.

Skateboarding, a social and empowering tool.

Learning how to skateboard is not easy. The learning process is punctuated by lessons of perseverance, courage, and resilience

Skateparks are also tolerant places encouraging social encounters. Practiced by diverse social spheres, we exchange tips and tricks amongst practitioners. We therefore create new friendships and connections.

During our lessons, we intentionally transmit these positive and pro-social behaviors through exercises adapted for all levels.

Ski & Snowboard, meeting Switzerland and its nature.

Our ski and snowboard initiations reinforce the sense of belonging and mental health. It is an opportunity for our participants to get some fresh air. Up there, they discover Switzerland, its snowy mountains, and its culture beyond the urban environment.

We also take advantage of this time in nature to raise awareness of environmental protection. We share our knowledge of the mountains and promote eco-responsible behaviour

Through our courses, we encourage the integration of young people and raise awareness of the protection of nature.

Climbing, for a better self-awareness

Climbing allows children to develop balance in movement and becoming aware of their body in space.

Just like skateparks, climbing rooms are meeting places. You meet the climbing community, known to be welcoming and open-minded.

All climbing courses are accompanied by a session of rmuscle strengthening and stretching to prevent injuries

For our climbing courses, we are fortunate to collaborate with ClimbAid,an association connecting the climbing community with the refugee community!

Through climbing classes, young people strengthen their bodies and minds, meet new people and increase their progress in other sports!
